Parents Association

The Archbishop Spalding Parents' Association is committed to developing and strengthening the family-school partnership in order to enhance the education of all Spalding students and the school community. Our purpose is to promote the relationship between parents and Archbishop Spalding High School, acting as a forum for communication, school spirit and community awareness.

All Spalding parents are members of the Parents' Association. Dues of $20 per family are paid as part of the Student Services portion of the annual tuition bill.

The Parents Association focuses on two main areas to help fellow parents:

  • We provide speakers on topics that are relevant to parents and encourage all parents to attend
  • Host social events throughout the school year and provide parent volunteers to work these events

Next Meeting - Tuesday, April 21st at 7 PM in the Library/Media Center
There will be no guest speaker at this meeting.  We invite anyone who is interested in volunteering with the Parents Association for the 2015-2016 school year to join us.  We are in great need of parents who wish to serve on the Board or as event co-chairs for the next school year. Serving on the parents association is a great way to get to know other parents, the school faculty and staff.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities:

Senior Breakfast - Wednesday, April 15th - 7:00 am-10:00am. Donations are still needed for this memorable event.  Please sign-up on Volunteer Spot at http://vols.pt/uoAC96.

Teacher Appreciation Week - Monday, April 27th - Friday, May 1st - This if an annual faculty favorite when the parents spoil the teachers and staff with treats to thank them for their work with our students.  We will need help with volunteers and donations for the faculty breakfast that we host.  As well as treats and prizes we provide the staff throughout the week.  If you can help please go to our Volunteer Spot link at http://vols.pt/kz7icP

General Volunteers - The Parents Association hosts social events throughout the school year and provides parent volunteers to work these events.  If you would like to be contacted to help out with out events with a donation of food or time, please provide your email address.  We will send out a volunteer request for events as they occur throughout the year.  Volunteer Spot link is http://vols.pt/icfn48.
