AP Exam Information

Advanced Placement (AP) exams will take place in May.  All students enrolled in AP courses will be registered for exams in November. Tuition accounts of students currently enrolled in AP courses will be billed for exam fees starting in early October.

All AP exams will be administered at Spalding. The room locations will be determined by the number of students who register for each exam. The location of each exam will be announced prior to the date of the exam.

Students taking an AP exam only need to be present for their exam. Students do not attend classes on the days they take an AP exam. Also, students do not need to wear their uniform the day of their exam.  Students should dress comfortably and follow all handbook guidelines on appropriate attire.

The morning sessions will begin at 8:00 am, and the afternoon session will begin at noon; you should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior. Students cannot begin the exams late.

The cost of each exam will be $97.00.  IF THE STUDENT DECIDES NOT TO TAKE THE EXAM AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ORDERED, THE COLLEGE BOARD WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO REFUND $40.00.
