The Kathleen Mahar Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by the current and former members of the Board of Directors to honor Mrs. Mahar as she approaches her retirement in July 2022.  The fund exists to provide scholarship asssitance to families in financial need and will begin being awarded in the Spring of 2022, so that Mrs. Mahar can personally award the first recipients.  An endowed fund ensures that this scholarship, and Mrs. Mahar's legacy carry on at Spalding in perpetuity.
