• 2025-206 Spring Sports Tryout Information

  Prior to February 15th, ALL students interested in trying out for a spring sport must complete the Athlete Registration Form

  (Please note parents will not be able to access this form on behalf of the student)
  
  

  Additionally, any student who wishes to participate in athletics at Spalding must have the below information completed annually in their Magnus Health Account by February 15th.
  
  1. Vital Health Record

  2. Annual physical completed by parent & physician on Spalding Physical Form

  3. Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

  4. Asthma, Allergy, Diabetes, Seizure plan (if applicable)

   

  All forms must be uploaded directly to the August Schools Health Account which can be accessed through your parent portal - paper or emailed copies will not be accepted.  Required Health Forms Uploading Instructions 

  
  Tryout dates, times, and locations for each spring sport will be posted below as that information becomes available.

  March 3rd from 4:00-7:00pm @ Severn Sailing Association.  Drysuits Required! (some loaner drysuits will be available for tryouts)  *Must also register with Severn Sailing Association
