• Plan a Gathering

  Thinking about getting your classmates together? We'd love to help you make it happen!
  
  

  Class gatherings are a wonderful way to reconnect with old friends, celebrate shared memories, and keep the Spalding community strong long after graduation. Gatherings can be as simple or as elaborate as you'd like — from a few classmates grabbing dinner to a larger reunion or group outing.

  Getting Started:

  1. Choose your classmates. Decide whether you'd like to gather with your entire class, a group of friends, or classmates who live in a particular area.
  2. Pick a date and location. Choose a date and venue that works well for your group.
  3. Spread the word. Reach out to your classmates through email, text, social media, or other channels.
  4. Let Spalding know. Share your gathering with our Advancement team so we can help promote it and, when possible, connect you with additional classmates.
  5. Consider an Event Box. Hosting an in-person gathering? Request a Spalding Event Box to bring a little school spirit to your event.

  A few helpful tips:

  • Give yourself plenty of time to plan, especially for milestone reunions.
  • Ask classmates to help spread the word and locate missing classmates.
  • Consider creating a group email, text thread, or social media group to keep everyone connected.
  • Don't worry about making it a formal reunion — sometimes the best gatherings are simply an opportunity to catch up!

  We want to celebrate the many ways our alumni stay connected and help spread the word about gatherings whenever we can. If you’re planning a class gathering, simply email our Advancement team with the details below.
  
  

  Please include:

  • Class Year
  • Gathering Name
  • Date & Time
  • Location
  • Brief Description
  • Organizer Name & Contact Information
  • RSVP or Registration Information, if applicable
  • Photo or Event Graphic, if available

  Once we receive your information, our team will review the details and determine how we can best share the gathering with the alumni community.

  Bring a little Spalding spirit to your next alumni gathering!
  
  

  Whether you're hosting a class reunion, getting together with a group of classmates, or celebrating a special milestone, our Event Box program can help make your gathering feel a little more like home.
  
  

  Event Boxes may include Spalding-branded materials and other items to help bring school spirit to your event. Available items will vary based on the type of gathering and current inventory.
  
  

  To request an Event Box, please provide:

  • Class Year
  • Event/Gathering Name
  • Date of Event
  • Location
  • Estimated Number of Attendees
  • Organizer Name
  • Organizer Email
  • Shipping or Delivery Information
  • Any additional details about your gathering

  Please submit your request at least 6 weeks before your gathering, whenever possible. While we will do our best to accommodate every request, Event Boxes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for every event.
