Welcome to Archbishop Spalding High School! We are a co-educational Catholic Preparatory High School with a strong history of serving students since 1966. Archbishop Spalding's mission has been to commit ourselves to serving the students in a Catholic, caring environment for almost 60 years. With a proud history, we now look to the future. A future that will bring over 1300 students to our campus this fall who look for that same commitment of challenging them to grow spiritually, academically, physically, and emotionally. Whether in a classroom, the chapel, an engineering lab, athletic field, art studio or a stage, we must do what we can to provide our students with the best Spalding experience possible.
Our caring environment, rooted in our Catholic faith, provides a Spalding educational experience that is second to none. No matter where our students find themselves: AP, Honors, and IB courses, Aquinas classes designed for those with learning differences, or our nationally recognized Project Lead The Way Program, each student will be cared for and recognized for the person they are and not the number they represent. Outside the classroom, our students participate in numerous award winning athletic, fine arts, and co-curricular programs; each designed to inspire growth in the individual.
Our Catholic faith teaches us that we are all members of the body of Christ. As one Spalding community we, the students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, friends, and benefactors are many parts but we are all one. We are…One in Christ.
I hope that you explore all that Spalding has to offer and truly embrace the Spalding experience!
