A Framework for the Future

Archbishop Spalding High School has undertaken a collaborative strategic planning process that brings together voices from across our community—including parents, faculty, students, and benefactors. Through surveys and in-person roundtable discussions, we gained valuable insights into the school's strengths, challenges, opportunities, and areas for growth.

This process focused on key areas essential to Spalding’s continued success: Academics, Advancement, Catholic Identity, Enrollment, Facilities, Finance, Governance, and Student Life. By analyzing this input, we have developed a Strategic Plan that outlines clear goals and objectives within each focus area.

This plan serves as a roadmap for the future, ensuring that Archbishop Spalding continues to rise, evolve, and meet the challenges ahead—guiding hearts and minds for generations to come.
