For over 50 years, Archbishop Spalding High School has been recognized for its rigorous curriculum, service-driven students, and talented faculty, making it one of the best Catholic schools in the Baltimore Metro Area. This reputation does not happen by accident.  It requires the vision and dedication of our leaders, faculty and staff.

As a Catholic non-profit school, Archbishop Spalding relies on tuition, as well as generous philanthropic contributions to balance our operating budget, fund capital and special projects, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.  The generosity of our alumni, parents, grandparents and friends, provide for the excellence that is the hallmark of a Spalding education.

  • Q: What are the ways I can support Spalding?

You can support Spalding in a variety of ways.  Gifts to the Spalding Fund help meet ongoing operating expenses and are essential in bridging the gap that tuition alone does not cover.  Capital gifts provide funds to expand and renovate facilities, to continue providing substantial financial aid and to increase faculty and programmatic support.  Additionally, throughout the year Spalding hosts three fundraising events - the Cavalier Open Golf Tournament in October, the Spalding Celebration Auction & Gala in March, and the Lt. James Love Golf Tournament in June.
