Spalding’s girls' youth day lacrosse camp is a great mix of learning fundamental skills and having fun. The goal of the camp is to teach each player, both old and new, skills they can practice at home to become a better all-around player.

This camp is designed to teach the athletes fundamentals and skills by using the same high-level drills, small games, contests, and full-field games that the Spalding Varsity Program uses every day in practice. For the younger kids, the camp will focus on teaching the same fundamentals and skills but with a little lower intensity level. There will also be one-on-one instruction for any goalie attending the camp.
