• 2025-2026 Winter Sports Tryout Information

  9/26/2025
  Prior to October 10th, ALL students interested in trying out for a winter sport must complete the Athlete Registration Form.  Students will need to complete this form using their school email address (parents will NOT be able to complete this on behalf of their student).  This form only needs to be completed once per school year.
  
  

  Additionally, any student who wishes to participate in athletics at Spalding must have the below information completed annually in their Augusts Schools Health Account.
  
  

  1. Annual physical completed by parent & physician on Spalding Physical Form

  2.  Immunization Form (required for incoming freshmen & transfers only)
  3.  Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

  4.  Asthma, Allergy, Diabetes, Seizure plan (if applicable)

   

  All forms must be uploaded directly to the August Schools Health Account which can be accessed through your parent portal - paper or emailed copies will not be accepted.  Required Health Forms Uploading Instructions 
  
  

  Tryout dates, times, and locations for each winter sport will be posted below as that information becomes available.

  Tryouts will be held at Piney Orchard Ice Rink on Tuesday, October 21st & Wednesday, October 22nd from 3:20-5:50pm.  Final Evaluation Day is Friday, October 24th from 3:20-5:10pm at Piney Orchard Ice Rink.

  All students interested in trying out for the Girls Ice Hockey Team this winter are encouraged to attend the program interest meeting on October 8th at 6:30pm in the PAC.

  Tryouts will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at Piney Orchard Ice Arena from 3:20-5:50pm.  Please arrive by 3:00pm to check in and register.
