Spalding Boys Volleyball camp will include an introduction for athletes to understand the importance of sport training ie.. weight training, conditioning, plyometrics and fundamentals of stretching. We will be running a 5 day camp that will start off with passing fundamentals day 1, setting and hitting fundamentals day 2, and game knowledge day 3, game play/competitiveness and good sportsmanship the last day.Camp Director:
Coach Eric has been coaching volleyball in our area for the past 8 years in club, and 12 years total for rec and club. Having the experience of being a varsity player in both football and basketball, he brings a different perspective on being a high school athlete.
Coach Kristina has been coaching youth for 2 seasons and brings extensive experience at the game level having played Division 1 volleyball and still actively playing as an adult.
