The Youth Development Camp will include an introduction for athletes to understand the importance of sports training, weight training, conditioning, plyometrics, and fundamentals of stretching. This camp is designed for beginner or intermediate student-athlete. All are welcome if they have a passion for volleyball.

Camp Director
Coach Eric has been coaching volleyball in our area for the past 8 years in the club and 12 years total for rec and club. Having the experience of being a varsity player in both football and basketball, he brings a different perspective on being a high school athlete.
Coach Kristina has been coaching youth for 2 seasons and brings extensive experience at the game level, having played Division 1 volleyball and still actively playing as an adult.
