This program is open to all athletes entering 8th grade and older. This is a rigorous program designed for the serious athlete to prepare for their fall high school season. The program will focus on two components: Speed, Agility, and Fitness training, as well as soccer-specific training. Both components will help enhance players' overall fitness and training environment throughout the summer to prepare them for their high school season. Important to note, fitness will be a part of this program; you will need both cleats and running shoes.
Areas of Focus
Speed, Agility, and Quickness Course: A 45-minute session of intense training. Starting with a timed run, the participant progresses through speed and agility drills and multi-function exercises to lateral speed training and straight-ahead speed training.
