Change to Winter Uniform
As the weather begins to change and grow colder with each passing week, now is the time to announce the change to our winter uniform. Effective Tuesday, October 31st, Spalding will shift to winter uniform. Winter uniform requirements can be found on pp. 23 & 24 in the Student Handbook.
The following is a quick guide to the Spalding winter uniform:
Male Students
The following items must be worn every day:
- White, button-down Oxford
- Spalding tie
- Sweater or vest
- Black or brown belt or Spalding belt (from Spalding bookstore)
- Flynn O’Hara khaki pants (no shorts)
- Boat shoes either cloth or leather, bucs or oxford style shoes are permitted. Shoes must be at or below the ankle. The following are not permitted: sneakers, tennis shoes, boots, slippers, sandals, crocs, open-toed or open healed. Heels should not exceed one inch.
Female Students
The following items must be worn every day:
- White, button-down Oxford
- Sweater or vest
- Socks: Plain white or black socks or Tights: Plain nylons or black tights may be
worn)
- Flynn O’Hara khaki skorts or pants
- Boat shoes either cloth or leather, bucs or oxford style shoes are permitted. Shoes must be at or below the ankle. The following are not permitted: sneakers, tennis shoes, boots, slippers, sandals, crocs, open-toed or open healed. Heels should not exceed one inch.
