Parent Directory Information
Parents:
Archbishop Spalding High School has a published Parent Directory. This Directory shows up as a resource when a parent is logged into the website. The purpose of the Parent Directory is to facilitate communications within the Archbishop Spalding community.A few things to note:
- Every Parent will be listed in the Directory, unless they choose to opt-out. Opt-out instructions are below.
- The Parent Directory will be available starting Monday, October 9th 2017.

Directory Rights
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law, allows schools to disclose designated "Directory Information" to third parties without written consent, unless the school is informed otherwise, and according to any policies and/or procedures. If you do not wish to have your personal information included in the Archbishop Spalding High School Parent Directory, you must follow one of the two procedures below.
Opt-out Instructions
There are two methods to opt-out:- You can send an email to Mr. Strunk at strunkt@spaldinghs.org stating that you'd like to be removed from the Parent Directory and we will take care of it for you.
- If you are logging into the Archbishop Spalding website, you can follow the instructions below to change your settings and keep your information from showing in the Parent Directory. If you haven't logged into the website, instructions to do so can be found here.
One you are logged in to the website, click your Logo/Name in the top right corner, then click settings.
Once you are in the settings screen, make sure to select the Privacy tab on the left hand side. Then, choose from the options on the right. To be completely removed from the Parent Directory, select the top option. You may return and change this setting at any time.
